Advisor VFP Devcon 2004 just finished - sadly we were not there - and the German one approaches within the next couple of weeks. Accordingly I'm spending my time writing session notes about several topics. Beside two sessions about Active FoxPro Pages, I got the chance to talk in a Late-Night-Session about Visual FoxPro 9.0 on Linux operating system. This year this session provides less technical aspects but some tips and tricks to get it run... hope to run at least.

So, I'm resting a bit from writing those articles. During last days there were many news about Visual FoxPro 9.0 - it's really aweful how much efforts the new version of Fox provides. I already enjoyed the Public Beta - still available at http://msdn.com/vfoxpro/ - and can't wait to run the final release on my machine.

So, have fun with VFP 9.0 and AFP 3.0 as well and I hope to see you at German Devcon 2004 in Frankfurt.
